Had them install hardwood flooring in our house. After installation the floorboards cupped badly, but they won't take responsibility and have been particularly unhelpful at addressing the problem.

Their carpet is pricey, even when they run 50% off sales. But the quality is excellent. The salespeople are very helpful and knowledgeable, as are the installers.
